Nail Nation Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how customers may return products purchased from Nail Nation Pty Ltd (“Nail Nation”) and the conditions under which refunds or replacements are provided. This Refund Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
We’re all about nail love at Nail Nation! We want you to be completely satisfied with your gorgeous new press-on nails from Nail Nation.
1. SCOPE
1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via the Nail Nation Website and governs returns, refunds, and claims for faulty or incorrect products.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 Change of Mind: A request for a refund based on personal preference, not due to the Nail Set being an Incorrect Item or a Damaged Product.
2.2 Damaged Product: A product that arrives broken, faulty, or defective due to manufacturing or transit issues, not caused by customer handling.
2.3 Incorrect Item: A product was delivered that does not match the order placed.
2.4 Nail Set: A single set of nails purchased from our website.
2.5 Nail Nation Website means the website located at https://www.nailnation.com.au
3. REFUNDS
3.1 Refunds are available for:
- Damaged Products.
- An Incorrect Item.
- Change of Mind.
3.2 Refund Limit: Only one Nail Set per order can be refunded, regardless of the number of sets purchased or whether or not the nail sets have been opened.
3.3 Refunds apply to the Nail Set product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.4 Claims must be lodged with Nail Nation within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@nailnation.com.au with:
a. your order number;
b. a description of the issue; and
c. clear photos of the product and packaging.
3.5 You are solely responsible for payment of all shipping costs in returning the Nail Set to Nail Nation.
3.6 Refunds for Change of Mind purchases are subject to a processing fee of $3.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount for the Nail Set to cover transaction and handling costs.
3.7 Refunds only apply for unworn and unused Nail Sets that are still in their original condition and packaging.
3.8 Any refund will be made to your original payment method and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Nail Set.
3.9 Nail Nation reserves the right to refuse a refund if a refund claim is lodged after 7 days.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
4.1 The following items cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
a. Gift cards.
b. Sale or clearance items.
c. Products marked “final sale”.
d. Items that have been used, altered, or are not in original condition.
5. DAMAGED PRODUCT OR INCORRECT ITEM
5.1 If you receive a Damaged Product or an Incorrect Item, you can initiate a refund as follows:
a. Email: contact@nailnation.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
b. Include your order number.
c. Include a clear description of the issue.
d. Include clear photos of the issue.
e. Wait for confirmation and return instructions, which will be provided by Nail Nation.
5.2 We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the nature of the fault.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
6.1 We do not offer exchanges other than for Damaged Products and Incorrect Items.
6.2 If you have a Change of Mind, you can return your Nail Set as explained in clause 3 of this Refund Policy for a refund.
6.3 Once you receive your refund, you may explore the Nail Nation Website and make another purchase of the Nail Nation nails you love.
7. CONSUMER RIGHTS
7.1 This Refund Policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., major faults or misrepresentation).
