We know you can’t wait to Press. Slay. Repeat. At Nail Nation Pty Ltd (“Nail Nation”), our mission is to get your gorgeous new nails to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle domestic and international deliveries with our postage and delivery partners.
1 ORDER PROCESSING
1.1 Orders are processed within 1- 2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays).
1.2 During peak periods (e.g. sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be extended slightly.
1.3 You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
2 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
2.1 We use Australia Post for all standard deliveries within Australia.

3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

3.2 International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
3.3 Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, force majeure events or local postal delays.
4 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
4.2 Domestic orders can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
4.3 International orders can be tracked via the relevant carrier’s tracking portal.
5 ADDRESS ACCURACY
5.1 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
5.2 Nail Nation is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5.3 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees will apply.
6 LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
6.1 If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us at contact@nailnation.com.au with your order number.
6.2 We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
6.3 Orders confirmed lost in transit will be subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
7 DAMAGED PRODUCTS
7.1 If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and view our Refund Policy for the terms and conditions of refunds for Damaged Products and the process for submitting a refund request.
